FT RN - 36 hours per week - Admisssions
Education: Associates/Bachelor Nursing degree from an accredited institution
Licensure: Current RN license from State of Ohio, current valid driver's license, and must have own transportation.
Experience: This position is in the admissions area, but will be required to do PRN visits, marketing as needed and some weekend/evening on call. Knowledge of hospice services / programming a plus.
Excellent nursing process skills; well-developed communication skills; basic knowledge of family systems/dynamics, flexibility. 3-5 yrs prior medical/surgical nursing experience or equivalent; home health or hospice experience prefer.
Hospice Aide - STNA, PRN (as needed)
Education: Successful completion of nurse aide course that meets federal/state requirements.
Licensure: Current STNA license from State of Ohio required, having completed a formal training program and listed in good standing with the State of Ohio. Current valid driver's license, and must have own transportation.
Experience:
This is a PRN (as needed) position and could be Monday thru Friday and weekends. The PRN position has no guarantee of hours
This position is responsible for identifying and coordinating patient/family care needs to provide palliative and supportive care to the terminally ill and their families and is committed to the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the hospice concept.
Well-developed communication skills; basic knowledge of family systems/dynamics, flexibility required.
2 yrs prior medical/surgical nursing experience or equivalent required; home health or hospice experience preferred.
RN - PRN Days and PRN On-Call, PRN Weekend On-Call
Education: Graduate of approved school of nursing.
Licensure: Current RN license from State of Ohio, current valid driver's license, and must have own transportation.
